1 part andrew garrett sparkling shiraz
1 part pomegranate juice
1 part lemonade
Fill a wine glass with ice, pour each ingredient in and stir.
Garnish with a slice of orange.

15ml fresh lime juice
15ml sugar syrup

Fill a Champagne Flute with gin, lime juice, sugar syrup and top with Sparkling Shiraz.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
cranberry cooler
1 part andrew garrett sparkling shiraz
1 part cranberry juice
1 dash angostura bitters
Fill a tumbler with ice. Add a dash of Angostura bitters followed by the cranberry juice and top with Sparkling Shiraz.
Garnish with a dehydrated lime.

120ml andrew garrett sparkling shiraz
3 strawberries
6 blueberries
15ml suagr syrup
Muddle strawberry & bluberries with sugar syrup in the bottom of glass, add Sparkling Shiraz, stir and top with crushed ice. Garnish with fresh berries.
